Homeostasis Lab
The Seventh Graders measured their vital signs before, during and after exercise. First, we listened to a presentation by the school nurse to learn how to take the measurements and what they mean. The vital signs we used were: face color, temperature, pulse, breathing rate, and perspiration levels.
